Product Design and Development

The core business is product design, which is a combination of Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation. Some of our projects have included consumer products such as backpacks, breifcases, snowboard bindings, iPod cases, surfboards, and bicycles. Industrial projects under the product development unit include numerous commercial aircraft seats, produce processing equipment, automotive powertrain, suspension, chassis, and induction systems. Vehicle Design and Development

3dyn has been involved with the design, fabrication and modification of street vehicles, vehicles used for racing, and specialized vehicles for various end uses. We have been contracted to take brand new vehicles, and modify them for use in track only racing events. Additionally, we have modified street vehicles to make them lighter and perform and extended levels. 3dyn has also been contracted to design and build custom vehicles from scratch, with both metallic and composite chassis. Fabrication and Manufacturing

With a full service fabrication and machine shop, 3dyn can produce components and assemblies in numerous materials and forms. Our specialty is in the fabrication of composite components and structures, from CNC machining of tooling, to hand layup, vacuume bag molding, compression molding, and numerous other processes.
