President-Chief Engineer
Mark Deadrick
Mark Deadrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego, with over 20 years experience balanced between Aerospace and Automotive Industries. As an Engineer in the Aerospace Industry, Mark has worked on the design and development of projects ranging from V/STOL aircraft to Single Stage to Orbit spacecraft. His specialty is in the production of advanced composite components and structures. In his Automotive experience, Mark has worked in composite manufacturing for projects such as the Dodge Viper and the Jeep Wrangler, as well as the leader of various advanced technology demonstration prototypes including the development of an all composite light truck chassis. Mark has worked as a Design Engineer for racing programs in BTCC, FIA-GT, ALMS, NASCAR, SCCA, and most recently, Extreme Gravity Racing (XGR). Mark also has experience in bicycle design, with emphasis on mountain bike suspension systems. Mark has managed large teams of prototype and manufacturing technicians on various projects. He has 3 patents for projects ranging from automotive door systems, to convertible top systems, to suspensions systems.

Senior Design Engineer
Nick Walmsley
Nick Walmsley holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara with an emphasis in mechanical design. His design, development, and manufacturing expertise include projects from Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, and Sporting Goods industries. Nick has worked as a design engineer for composite products such as the Tour de France winning TREK OCLV Madone Bicycle Frame, ATK's next generation MK66 Filament Wound Rocket Case, Hydro Epic Surfboards, and a filament wound Soft-Pitch Softball Bat. Nick has also developed an entire product line for lightweight and low cost Ballistic Armor, to defeat high velocity threats such as the 30-06 APM2, 30-06 API, 50 cal FSP,and 20mm FSP rounds. Nick developed a low cost system for defeating bomb blast schrapnel and pressure waves in conjunction with the Idaho National Labs. He is an admitted car nut, and spends his free time building on his Carbon Fiber Bodied and Tube Chassis 1940 Plymouth Coupe.

Senior Industrial Designer
Amina Horozic
Amina Horozic holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Industrial Design from the renowned College for Creative Studies. She has worked as an exterior and interior designer for a major automotive OEM, completing both production and conceptual design project programs. Most recently, Amina was a part of a design strategy team where she fully utilized her strengths in bridging design and marketing towards a common goal of creating desirable, high-quality products. A multi-disciplinary designer, she is well versed and experienced in the fields of industrial, fashion and graphic design. An enthusiastic photographer in her free time, she has published a variety of her work in dbusiness and San Francisco Magazines. She is also a regular contributor for the "Art and This" blog. Amina was born and raised in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Design Engineer
Sherry Tang
Sherry Tang is a recent graduate from the University of California at Berkeley holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. With emphasis on product development and design, she has extensive knowledge in CAD particularly using SolidWorks, animation, and photo-realistic rendering. Sherry is currently involved with consumer product design and bicycle component development at 3dyn, llc, and gaining experience in composite design under the wing of Nick Walmsley. Sherry is also fluent in Chinese-Cantonese and spends her free time running, hiking, and playing volleyball.
